From our bakery to your table
At our bakery we understand that healthy and delicious food starts with quality ingredients. That's why we only source regional, stone-milled, and organic flour - personally picked up from the local grain miller - in all of our loaves and bakes. We use old world techniques, including a natural fermentation processes, locally sourced ingredients, and manual techniques like hand-kneading to produce bread with exceptional flavor and texture.

Locally Grown With Care
We are using sustainable and regenerative practices and techniques that leave our garden, our property, and our earth, better every year we operate.
We work hard on this farm everyday to implement regenerative practices, with human labor, without the use of heavy agricultural equipment.
Beyond Organic Practices
-
Nutrient Dense
The vegetables we grow are nutrient dense and healthy because we tend to our soil by hand, using regenerative methods, and care for our vegetables in a way your typical farm cannot.
-
Chemical Free
No pesticides or herbicides are used on our land. Instead, we use intercropping, companion planting, compost, crop rotation, no-till and permaculture methods.
-
Healthy Soil
Healthy soil is more than plain old dirt. It's a complex living system and the foundation of our farming philosophy. We practice no-till farming with living soil, meaning we never till our permanent beds.
Farm to Fork - Serving Columbia, Irmo, & Chapin SC
South Carolina's unique climate makes gardening and farming challenging, with hot, humid Summers and Winter temperatures that range from mild to freezing. Most people just don't have the time to focus on growing a plentiful garden in this challenging climate.
At Glorious Greens we are harvesting tasty goodies that are not shipped in from out of state and making them available in our community, so you don't have to wake up at the crack of dawn every morning to check on your plants.
We serve the Chapin, Irmo, and Columbia, SC areas to make sure everyone has the opportunity to have clean greens.
Farm Fresh All Year Around
We harvest in all four seasons with experience in year-round gardening and are able to stretch the growing seasons for you.
When you purchase produce from us we guarantee it was harvested no longer than two days from when you receive the food.
While we focus on growing greens, such as different varieties of head lettuce, we grow seasonal vegetables as well.
Our lettuce mix is a great base for any salad, and it's garden fresh on delivery or pickup. Have you tried any yet?
