Store on the countertop or fridge

The loaf will keep for 4-6 days if stored in a resealable container, wrapped in a bread bag, paper bag, foil, or plastic wrap.

Try to keep in the the coolest and darkest spot on the counter away from the stove and the sun.

Freeze your bread

Many of our clients tell use the slicing the loaf and then freezing is the best.

Wrap the bread in two layers of plastic wrap or foil and then storing the loaf in a resealable plastic freezer bag before freezing.
